The annual exhibition of the Hungarian Photography Society in the Carpathian Basin arrives in Szeged

Exhibition of the members of the Hungarian Photography Society in the Carpathian Basin, founded by the Carpathian Basin Institute, will be opened on 6 November in the Novi Sad Hall of the South-Home. The KMFT, which now has half a hundred members, combines and supports Hungarian, amateur and professional photographers living and making up the Carpathian Basin in an organized way. Its aim is to promote photography; to educate photographic knowledge; to preserve its values; to research talent; to care for it; to support the creative activity of photography; to capture and disseminate Hungarian national values at artistic level; and to document the Hungarian presence in the Carpathian Basin in an up-to-date picture.
The exhibition is the manyth stage of the annual exhibition of the Hungarian Photography Society (KMFT) in the Carpathian Basin, which takes place under the auspices of the International Association of Photography (FIAP) recognized by UNESCO.
For the first time, the exhibition series "Carpathian Basin Views" was opened in the Gallery of the FIAP Exhibition Centre, Euro Foto Art, in the Palace of the Princely Palace of the Medieval Castle in Oradea on 25 May. After that, in June in Szarvas, the Municipal Museum, in July in Košice at the MaJel Rovás Centre, in August at the Day of Hungarian Photography, the Hungarian Photography Association in Budapest was seen in the Belgrade-Rakpart Gallery, in September in Máramaros, in the Sziget Village Museum, and finally on 14 September in the Carpathian Mineslatina.
At the exhibition opened in Szeged, you can see the works of photographers from Southern Hungary, Transylvania, Felvidék, Partium, Transcarpathia and Hungary, among others the works of Attila Barát, Norbert Heroes AFIAP, Edina EFIAP Morvay Szabó, EFIAP Moldovan Mihály EFIAP, András Ótos and István Tóth AFIAP, ESFIAP.
The exhibition, selected from 89 pictures, is opened by photographer István Tóth, President of the Euro Foto Art Association in Oradea, Vice President of the Hungarian Photography Society in the Carpathian Basin.
Not only is the photo-art event, but it is also a cultural link between the Hungarian communities of the Carpathian Basin, the visual celebration of our past, present, values and vision.
